JACK T04 fur sewing machine live up to all the expectations and sew beautiful and extremely durable in both high and low speed. All our industrial fur sewing machines are with inside oil bath, and it is therefore easy to maintain and quiet. The thickness of the transport disk on the T-04 is 3mm, the grows are rough on this machine. This machine has a unique function, that non of the other fur machines has, which is the option of a stabilizing cord that can be sewn into the seam. This stabilizing cords can be a big advantage when e.g. making bags and similar, where it is an advantageous to reinforce the seam. However, it is optional whether you use the stabilizing cord or not. If you simply do not thread the machine with the stabilizing cord the machine will sew just like T-03 and T-03A. The T-04 model is suitable for: seal, fox, leather and similar, mainly medium and heavy fur and leather qualities. The machine is of the highest quality and will be a lifelong and very good investment.

Note: This machine has the option of servomotor instead of clutch motor. Industrisymaskine ApS is the only company in the market that sells fur machines with servomotors. There are several advantages of using a servo motor rather than the ordinary clutch motor: speed is much easier to control, less vibration, less noise and reduces power consumption by 85%, which is both good for your electricity bill and the environment.
