JACK T03 fur sewing machine live up to all the expectations and sew beautiful and extremely durable in both high and low speed. All our industrial fur sewing machines are with inside oil bath, and it is therefore easy to maintain and quiet. T03 is specialized for sewing in medium qualities, for example: lamb, seal and fox and similar. When sewing in these medium qualities a needle thickness of 40nm is recommended (see Needle under products). Although the fur machine is designed for medium fur qualities it still can be used to sew thin qualities such as mink, rabbit and chinchilla, when the needle is replaced by a thinner needle (30nm). The transport disk of this machine is approx. 3 mm thick, and the grooves on the discs are medium. It is possible to regulate the stitch length and thread tension on all our industrial fur machines. This model also has a height regulator function. The machines are of high quality and incredibly efficient for beautiful fur processing. There are several advantages of servo motor rather ordinary clutch motor: speed is much easier to control, less vibration, less noise and power consumption is reduced by 85% so the machine is good for your power bill and the environment.
