JACK T-03A fur sewing machine live up to all the expectations and sew beautiful and extremely durable in both high and low speed. All our industrial fur sewing machines are with inside oil bath, and it is therefore easy to maintain and quiet. T-03A is specialized in sewing thin to medium qualities. For thin qualities, like for example: mink, rabbit and chinchilla and alike a needle thickness of 30Nm (see item Needle) is recommendable. The fur machines transport disks are specifically made for the thin to medium fur qualities, and can also be used for medium qualities such as: lamb, seal and fox, the needle is only replaced with a thicker e.g. a 40Nm needle. The transport disks of this machine is approx. 1.5 mm thick, and the grooves on the discs are fine. It is of course possible to regulate the stitch length and thread tension on all our industrial fur machines. The machines are of high quality and incredibly efficient for beautiful fur processing. Industrisymaskine ApS is the only company in the market that sells fur machines with servomotor, and this model is one of our three variants. There are several advantages of servo motor rather ordinary clutch motor: speed is much easier to control, less vibration, less noise and power consumption is reduced by 85% so the machine is good for your power bill and the environment.
